Review - Elite Collection Series 23 - Cesaro

~ It's my party and I cry if I want to. ~
Well, surely not when this piece of action figurine art showed up on my presents table on my birthday! I could hardly miss it since it was the only present there... Anyways: YAY!!!

After getting rid off unnecessary wrapping paper (the shape gave away that it must be a wrestling figure, and if not Cesaro WHO ELSE???), this beauty hit my eyes - and heart. There are three actions figures of Cesaro from Ringside Collectibles out there but luckily the wonderful human being that got him for me decided for the Elite Collection Series 23! As it says on the package, only complete with flag and United States Championship! Ah, sweet memories...
Other figurines of the series include The Undertaker, John Cena (is there a series where he is not in?), Triple H, "Macho Man" Randy Savage, and JBL.

After unpacking - which was astonishingly easy; Ringside Collectibles really pay attention to easy packing and the age of probably the majority of people purchasing their stuff - this amazing thing came out. He is very bend- and flexible. Elbows, shoulders, pelvis, torso, knees, feet - almost every limp can be moved freely on the figure. He wears the old white and red briefs, his high cut boots with socks in the Swiss national colours, and of course his taped thighs.

Unlike many other figures I have (that are not from the Elite Series though), Cesaro is very detailed. His signature smirk is caught almost perfectly, and he has his chest hair as well as a happy trail. Sadly, that's where details stopped, no hair on his legs and arms. His smirk though!!!

Last but not least, the United States Championship Belt. Cesaro was and still is one of the superstars that held this title the longest - in modern times - and with actual title defenses (*cough cough*). It is very flexible and detailed with the little Statue of Liberty and the eagle on the secondary plates, and it can even be adjusted in size. I tried it on my Big Show figure though, and the belt certainly does not fit around his belly...
The flag isn't made of cloth, obviously, but it's still very sturdy and fits right into Cesaro's (and other figures') hand.

All in all, a great toy, memorabilia, merchandise piece, whatever! And for fans of Cesaro a must anyway! His first WWE title and a flag he can wave as a proud Real American as well!

Merchandise Madness

Browsing the new NXT merchandise page in the WWE Shop, I realized that I still do not have everything to satisfy my WWE needs!

For example these amazing shirts! Sadly, the Cesaro one is only available for males, which is way too big for me. But the one from Sandow is actually available for women, and the Ascension shirt is available in a Youth version that fits me as well.

Cesaro - Über American
Damien Sandow - I think, therefore I am
The Ascension - We will rise

And, of course, my action figure collection should always grow bigger and bigger. With the new Series' from Ringside Collectibles - and some figures I have to catch up with - that should be no problem.

Cesaro - Elite 23
Zeb Colter - Series 37
Seth Rollins - Elite 25

Justin Gabriel - Series 39
Daniel Bryan - Elite Best of Pay-Per-View
